Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) package frozen shelled edamame, thawed (2 cups)
- 2 teaspoons extra-virgin olive oil
- ¾ teaspoon salt
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325°F. Toss thawed edamame, 2 teaspoons oil and ¾ teaspoon salt together on a large rimmed baking sheet until evenly coated. Spread in an even layer.
- Bake, stirring every 15 minutes, until the edamame are crunchy and slightly golden, 55 minutes to 1 hour 10 minutes.
- Let cool completely on the baking sheet, about 15 minutes.
