Ingredients :
- Wheat roti - 1-2
- homemade tomato garlic chutney/ tomato chutney - 2 tablespoon
- chopped vegetables as per choice - onion , tomato , capsicum , mushroom , sweet corn , baby corn , bell peppers, olives, broccoli , carroyt
- grated paneer - 2 tablespoon
- herbs - as per taste
Method :
- take a nice roasted multigrain roti
- spread homemade chutney on it
- spread veggies of choice
- add grated
- sprinkle herbs
- heat the pan / preheat the oven
- cook it for 2-3 minutes
- make pieces and serve hot
