Ingredients:
- Walnut - 1 cup
- Sesame seeds - ¼ cup
- Peanut - ½ cup
- garlic cloves- ¼ cup (optional)
- jeera - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tblsp
- salt to taste
- dry red chili - 3
- tamarind - 1 small lemon size ball
Method :
- Dry Roast - Walnut
- Dry Roast sesame seeds
- Dry Roast peanuts
- keep all 3 aside till it cools down completely
- remove the skin of peanut and discard
- add all 3 roasted ingredients in the mixer jar
- add garlic , jeera , , sugar , tamarind , dry red chili
- grind it well into fine powder
- add salt to taste
- grind again
- keep it in clean dry airtight container for 15-20 days at room temperature
