Ingredients:
- Red poha
- mix veggies
- sprouts (roasted)
- onions chopped
- tomatoes chopped
- green chillies chopped
- kali sarso
- mustard oil
- Hing
- jeera
Method:
- Take a deep kadahi.put mustard oil.
- When heated well add hing.
- Aftr 1 min add zeera and onions. Saute them.
- Now add tomatoes. When tomatoes becomes soft add chopped veggies.
- Saute well.cook for 10 min atleast.
- Add washed and soaked red poha.
- And at the end add roasted sprouts. Mix well.
- Put some chopped hara dhania and lemon juice. Serve hot.
