Ingredients :
- multigrain bread- 2 slices
- mint chutney - 2 tbslp
- tofu cubes - 80 grams
- finely chopped onion - ½ cup
- finely chopped capsicum - ½ cup
- salt to taste
- herbs- 1 tblsp
- chili flakes - 1 tblsp
Method :
- take ghee / butter toasted bread (toast till become golden brown)
- place chopped onion and capsicum pieces on it
- place tofu pieces on it
- sprinkle herbs , chilli flakes and salt
- serve hot with mint chutney or tomato chutney
