Ingredients :
- Sprouted lobia , matki, moong, rajma, chickpea, kala chana, green watana , white chana - 1 cup
- Tofu - 70 - 80 grams
- chopped cucumber- 1 tblsp
- chopped tomatoes - 1 tblsp
- chopped capsicum or colored bell peppers- 1 tblsp
- boiled sweet corn - 2 tblsp
- grated carrot and beetroot - 1 tblsp each
- chopped corniader leaves - 2 tblsp
- chopped almonds- 4
- chopped walnut - 2
- soaked and cooked peanuts - 1 tblsp
- lemon juice - 1 tblsp
- red chili powder- as per taste
- salt- to taste
- chaat masala - as per taste
Method :
- Take all steamed sprouted pulses in mixing bowl
- take ghee / oil grilled seasoned tofu pieces in it
- Add all chopped veggies and nuts in it
- mix well
- add spices, salt , lemon juice as per taste
- add pinch of sugar to balance sourness of lemon
- sprinkle chopped coriander leaves
- serve Protein rich salad
