Ingredients:
- 6 slices bread
- butter to toast
For vegetable filling:
- 1 medium sized onion finely chopped
- 2 small carrots finely chopped
- 1/2 small capsicum finely chopped
- 1 tsp boiled sweet corn
- 1 small tomato
- ½ teaspoon black pepepr powder
- herbs and chilli flakes
- salt to taste
- grated cheese and paneer - 1 tsp
Method:
- take a mixing bowl add onion, carrot , capsicum , corn and tomato
- mix well and add pepper powder , salt chilli flakes and herbs
- mix well veggies mix is ready
- add grated cheese and paneer in another mixing bowl and add pepper powder in it and mix well
- take bread slices apply butter and toast it on hot pan from 1 side
- take the one sided toast and place veggies and paneer mixture on toasted side
- heat the pan again add ½ tsp butter and keep toast on pan and toast it from another side
- serve hot with chutney
