Ingredients:
- 2 cup Sweet Corn Kernels
- 1 cup Chopped Spring Onions
- 2 tablespoon Oil
- 4 cup Vegetable Broth
- As required Salt To Taste
- As required Pepper To Taste
- as per your need Spring Onion Greens For Garnish
Method:
- In a pan, heat oil and sauté chopped spring onions.
- Add sweet corn kernels and cook for a few minutes.
- Add vegetable broth, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
- Blend the soup until smooth. Serve hot garnished with spring onion greens.
