Ingredients:
- 1 bowl spinach
- 1 bowl Spinach and Green Chili Paste
- 2 bowls wheat flour
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 3 tablespoons Oil
- as per taste Salt
- As required Oil for frying the roti
Method:
- First of all take wheat flour in a big bowl and add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder and cumin powder in it. Now add oil in it and mix it.
- Now wash the spinach well and chop it. Make a paste of half the spinach and green chillies. Now add both the paste and spinach to the flour.
- Now take some water and knead a soft dough. Now roll it into a roti and apply oil on both the sides and fry it on the pan.
- Now serve hot spinach roti with tea and snacks.
