Ingredients:
- Spinach: 1 bunch
- Carrots: 2
- Tomatoes: 2
- Fresh gooseberry (amla): 1
- Ginger: a small piece (big coin size)
Method:
- Clean, peel and chop carrots.
- Clean and chop tomatoes into small pieces.
- Clean the spinach leaves and chop them into small pieces.
- Deseed, and chop gooseberry into small pieces.
- Peel the outer skin of ginger and chop it into small pieces.
- Mix all the above ingredients in a mixer and blend it nicely to smooth consistency.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy!
