Ingredients :
- rajgeera atta - 1 cup
- Shinghada atta - ½ cup
- grated aloo - 2
- chopped coriander leaves- 1 tblsp
- jeera- 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- red chili powder - to taste
- sugar - 1 tsp
- roasted groundnut powder- 3 tblsp
- ghee
Method :
- take large mixing bowl or parat add singhada and rajgira atta in it
- mix well add grated aloo and all spices , coriander leaves and peanut powder
- mix well and knead dough
- and add water as per required
- take a pan apply ghee on it and tap the thalipeeth on pan using hands
- cook it on low to medium flame till become golden brown from both the side
- cook it by covering it with lid
- add ½ tsp ghee on it when u flip the thalipeeth
- serve hot with peanut coconut chutney & curd
