Ingredients:
- 2 Bowl Sattu Flour
- 1/2 Tbsp Salt
- 1/2 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
- 5-6 Tbsp Ghee
- 1 Bowl Water
Method:
- Take a large bowl. Add sattu flour, salt and chilli flakes. Mix it well. Add required water and knead a soft dough. Dough is ready.
- Make small balls with the help of rolling pin starting rolling. Dust it with little flour and press it. Roll it to make roti. Apply little flour again and roll it. Heat tawa and place roti on tawa.
- After few seconds flip it. Turn on the flame and heat a tawa on high flame. Place the roti on tawa. Cook it for 3-4 seconds and flip it. Now cook the other side properly.
