Ingredients :
- Sattu Atta - 1 cup
- chopped onion - 1 small
- chopped green chili - 1
- grated ginger- ½ inch
- chopped curry leaves- 7-8
- roasted peanut powder- 1 tblsp
- roasted jeera, kalaunji , ajwain and roasted white sesame seeds- 1 teaspoon each
- red chili powder- as per taste
- salt - as per taste
Method :
- Take sattu aata in a mixing bowl add chopped onion
- Add salt to taste mix well and keep aside for 2 minutes
- Add other spices and mix well
- Make dough using enough required water
- Make roti out of it
- Heat the pan add ghee and cook the roti nicely from both the side
- Serve hot with chutney or curd or dal or any curry
