Ingredient :
- Roti (multigrain) - 1
- chopped capsicum - ½ cup
- chopped red bell pepper- ½ cup - (optional)
- grated carrot - 1 tblsp
- boiled sweet corn - 1 tblsp
- chopped onion - 1 tblsp
- grated cabbage - 1 tblsp
- grated beetroot
- paneer - 100 grams
- chooped and sauted french beans
- chopped coriander leaves - 1 tblsp
- mint chutney- 2 tblsp
- ghee 1 tsp
Method :
- take a mixing bowl and add chopped and grated vegetables
- mix well
- add mint chutney in it and mix again
- take a cooked roti spread mint chutney and then put mixture of veggies
- put spiced paneer
- sprinkle oregano/ salt/ chaat masala for taste if required
- roll the roti
- heat pan add 1 tsp ghee and heat for 2 minutes serve hot
