Ingredients :
- almonds - 1 cup
- walnut - 1 cup
- pistachio - ¼ cup
- cashews - ½ cup
- makhana - ½ cup
- murmura / oats - ½ cup
- chironji - 1 tblsp
- kesar - ½ tsp (optional)
- ghee - 1 tblp
Method :
- heat the pan add ghee
- heat it for 1 min
- add al nuts (except chironji) , makhana and murmura / oats
- roast for 2-3 minutes
- cool it down completely
- add all the roasted thing in mixer jar
- grind it into fine powder
- remove into mixing bowl
- add chironji and kesar strings in it
- mix well
- store it in airtight container
