Ingredients:
- 1 cup Sprouted moong
- 0.5 cup Finely chopped spinach
- 3 Green chillies, roughly chopped
- As Required Salt
- 2 tablespoon Besan
- 1 teaspoon Fruit salt
- 1 tablespoon Oil
- 1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
- 0.5 teaspoon Asafoetida
- 3 Curry leaves 1 teaspoon
- As Required Oil for greasing
Method:
- add sprouted moong, green chillies, spinach together in a grinder.
- Mix well and grind them to make a fine paste. Step / Now, take a bowl and add the grinded mixture into it.
- Add salt, besan along with the required amount of water. Whisk them well to make a thick batter.
- Step / Then add fruit salt and water. Mix them well. Step / Next, greese the dhokla maker with oil.
- Put the batter into a dhokla maker and steam for about minutes till it is completely cooked.
- Step / Your dhokla is ready, garnish it with grated coconut and cut it into your desired shape.
- Serve hot with any chutney of your choice.
- Step / You can even temper the dhoklas with sesame seeds, green chillies, curry leaves and asafoetida as per your taste and preference.
