Ingredients:
- 4 cups dosa batter
- 2 cups spinach
- As Required Ghee / oil
Method:
- Wash spinach thoroughly. Take the mixer jar add spinach and grind it to a paste.
- Add the ground paste to the dosa batter and stir well.
- Heat a dosa tawa. Test the hotness of tawa by sprinkling little water. If the water sizzles then the raw is ready. pour a ladle of batter and spread it into a thin dosa. Add 1/2tsp ghee and allow the dosa to cook and becomes crispy and light brown.
- Gently using a spatula take out the cooked dosa in a plate. The delicious spinach dosa is now ready to Serve.
