Ingredients:
- 3-4 tablespoons chia seeds (3 for a looser pudding, 4 for thicker)
- 1 cup milk of choice (almond, coconut, oat, or dairy)
- 1–2 teaspoons sweetener (maple syrup, honey, or agave)
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optional, brings out flavor)
Method:
- Combine: In a jar or bowl, whisk together the chia seeds, milk, sweetener, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir & Wait: Stir well, let it sit for 5-10 minutes, then stir/whisk again to break up any clumps of seeds.
- Chill: Cover the jar with a lid and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, but preferably overnight (8-12 hours).
- Serve: Stir again before serving. Add more milk if it is too thick, or more seeds if it is too thin.
