Ingredients:
- 1 cup oats
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 carrot chopped
- 2 tbsp cabbage chopped
- 1 green chilli
- 1/2 capsicum chopped
- 4-5 beans
- 1/2 cup Mushrooms (optional)
- 2 tbsp green peas
- 1 tsp oil /ghee
- to taste Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic chopped
- 1/4 tsp ginger chopped
- Pinch turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
Method:
- Heat the oil /ghee in a kadai add cumin,mustard seed after crackle of seed then add garlic, ginger,curry leaves
- After that add chopped onion, green chilli saute till light brown then add all chopped veggies,green peas with mushroom(optional) saute for 2-3 min
- Then add all dried masala powder stir well
- Then add oats,salt and water cook till oats get soft
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves
- Serve hot
