Ingredient :
- Makhana - 1 cup
- ghee - 1 ½ cup
- suagr powder / finely grated jaggery.- 1 cup
- kishmish (golden) - 1 tblsp
- almond walnut powder (coarsely grind) - 2 tblsp
- roasted multi-seed mix (sesame seeds, sunflower seed, flaxseeds, melon seeds, chia seeds, pumpkin seeds) - 2 tblsp
- elaichi powder - as per taste
Method:
- heat the pan and add ghee ½ cup ghee in it, add makhnas init
- roast makhana till become crispy and slight golden brown
- once it cool down completely take that in mixing bowl
- dry roast all the multi mix seeds
- add sugar powder / grated jaggery , kishmish, nuts powder and elaichi powder
- mix well add melted ghee as required and bind the ladoos
