Ingredients:
- Milk
- Few strings of saffron
- 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 3-4 walnuts
- You can add chopped almonds as well
- Sweetener of your choice
- Fresh fruits
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours or you can soak overnight & keep in refrigerator
- Top it with some fresh fruits π πand enjoy healthy & vegan fasting breakfast
