Ingredients:
- Water - 250 ml
- Lemon slices - 2-3 slices
- cucumber Slices - ½ cucumber
- mint - 4-5 leaves
- parsley - 2-3 leaves
- grated ginger - ½ inch
Method :
- In a Glass Glass / Glass Bottle Take water
- add lemon slices , cucumber slices , mint and parsley and grated ginger in it
- keep it aside and rest for 60 - 90 minutes
- strain it after resting period
- then drink it on room temperature
