Ingredient :
- kuttu flour - 1 cup
- grated lauki - ½ cup
- salt to taste
- ginger chili paste - as per tatse and spicyness
- curd - 1 cup
- water - as per requirement - to adjust consistency
- ajwain - ½ tsp
- sesame seeds - 1 tsp
- jeera- 1 tsp
- oil- 2 tsp
Method :
- in a bowl take kuttu flour add grated lauki in it
- mix well
- add salt, grated ginger chili paste, ajwain, jeera, sesame seed
- mix well
- add curd and mix well
- keep it aside for 10 minutes
- add water to adjust the consistency
- heat the pan spread oil on it
- add batter on it and cook it on medium low flame from both the side till become golden brown
- serve hot with red garlic or coconut or mint chutney
