Ingredient :
- Jowar flour- 1 ½ cup
- rice flour - 1 tblsp
- chopped onion
- salt to taste
- red chili power to taste
- haldi -¼th tsp
- chopped coriander leaves - 2 tblsp
- ajwain - 1 tblsp
- jeera powder- 1 tsp
- dhaniya powder - 1tsp
- sugar pinch
Method:
- take mixing bowl add jowar flour and rice flour in it
- add chopped onion and coriander leaves in it
- mix well
- add salt , red chili powder, jeera powder, dhaniya powder haldi , ajwain and sugar
- mix well
- add water as per requirement to make a batter little flowing consistency
- heat the pan and little oil
- pour dhirde batter on hot tava cook from both the side
- serve hot with chutney
