Ingredients:
- 8 cups filtered water
- 2 cups thinly sliced cucumber
- 2 small lemons, rind removed and discarded, sliced
- ½ cup packed fresh mint leaves, torn
Method:
Stir water, cucumber, lemons and mint together in a large pitcher. Cover and chill for at least 4 hours to blend flavors. Strain out solids, if desired.
