Ingredients:
- 2 tbs halim/garden cress seeds
- 2 cup milk
- 1 tbs chopped dry fruits
- 1 tbs chopped fresh coconut
- 1 drop cardamom ginger and lemon grass essence
- 2 tsp jaggery
Method:
- Dry roast garden cress seeds for 30 sec.and keep aside, boil milk side-by-side.
- When milk started boiling, add roasted garden cress seeds into it. And mix it continuesly.
- Add chopped nuts and chopped fresh coconut.
- Add cardamom ginger lemon grass essence put the flame on low then add jaggery powder, and mix it well.
- Cook it for while and serve it hot or cold.
