Ingredients:
- ½ cup blanched palak puree
- 1 cup grated paneer - 100 grams
- ½ cup dry roasted besan
- ½ cup oats powder
- 1 small chopped onion
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Garlic and Green chilli paste
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- salt to taste
Method:
- Take a mixing bowl add blanched palak puree , grated paneer with dry roasted besan and oats powder
- mix well
- add onion, all spices ,garlic chili paste , salt
- mix well and make tikkis out of it
- grill them on griller pan till it become golden brown
- keep them aside
- serve them with green chutney
