Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoon gond katira
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon roohafza
- 1 cup chilled milk
Method:
- Add 2 tablespoons of gond katira and 2/3 cup of water in a bowl. Cover and let it rest at normal room temperature overnight or for 4-5 hrs.
- The next day or in the morning gond katira will be triple in size. It will fluff up, with little consistency like jelly.
- In the glass add 1 tablespoon of fluff gond katira in each glass, 1 teaspoon + 1/2 teaspoon roohafza, and 1 cup of chilled milk in each glass.
- Note- If you don't want to add milk, use water, soda, or sprite.
- Mix it well and serve.
