Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp Gond Katira
- 10 piece Saffron strands
- 1 tbsp Mishri
- 1 tbsp Basil seeds
- 1 cup Water
- 6 piece Blanched almonds
- 4 piece Cashews
- 4 piece Pitted dates
- 1 tsp Melon seeds
- 4 piece Pistachios
- 1 cup Milk
Method:
- Soak Gond Katira, saffron strands, mishri, and basil seeds in water overnight.
- Soak blanched almonds, cashews, pitted dates, and melon seeds for 2 hours.
- Blend the soaked nuts with milk in a mixer.
- In a glass, add 3 tsp of Gond Katira mix.
- Pour the dry fruits milk over it.
- Add another 3 tsp or 2 tbsp of Gond Katira mix on top.
- Garnish with chopped pistachios.
- Enjoy your refreshing Gond Katira energy drink!
