Ingredients :
- curd - 1 katori
- cooked rice - 1 /2 cup
- ghee - 1 teaspoon
- jeera - 1 teaspoon
- crushed garlic - 5-6 cloves
- slit green chili - 1
- salt - to taste
- sugar - pinch
- roasted peanut - 1 tblsp
- chopped coriander leaves - 1 tablespoon
- Milk - 1 tablespoon
Method :
- heat tadka pan add ghee in it
- once ghee is hot add jeera , peanuts, crushed garlic cloves and chili in it
- cool it down
- in a mixing bowl take curd whisk well
- add salt and sugar in it
- add cooled tadka in it mix well
- add chopped coriander leaves and cooked rice in it
- add milk in it to adjust consistency
- serve it chilled
