Ingredients:
- 1 cup moong Sprouted (whole)
- 1 katori chopped veggies - cucumber , carrot , cabbage , tomato
- 2 tblsp pomegranate
- Salt as per taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper Freshly ground
- 1 tsp Lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Chaat Masala
- 2 tblsp dry roasted peanut
- 1 tblsp coriander leaves
Method:
- in a mixing bowl take moong sprouts (pressure cooked / steamed) with veggies
- mix well all together
- add roasted peanuts , pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves in it
- add salt and pepper powder to taste and mix well
- sprinkle pinch of lemon juice and mix well again
- serve salad bowl
