Ingredients:
- 1 big Onion (cubed)
- 100 gram Paneer (cubed)
- 1 Tomato (de-seeded and cubed)
- 1.50 tbsp Oil
- 1 big Capsicum (cubed)
- 1 pinch Kasuri Methi
- ½ tsp Jeera
- Chilli Powder
- Salt to taste
Method:
- take the paneer, capsicum and onion. Cut them into cubes. Next, deseed the tomato and cut that also into cubes.
- Now, heat the oil in a pan. You can also reduce the amount of oil, if you want it more healthy. After that add in Jeera to the oil. Then, add a pinch of kasuri methi. Now, you can also add in the onions and stir fry them well.
- The next step is to add in the cubed capsicum and paneer. Keep stir frying it, as well. You can also add the chilli powder and salt to taste. Now, put in the tomatoes after that and stir fry for just few more minutes. Ensure that the vegetables are not overcooked and are crunchy, when you bite through.
