Ingredients:
- Capsicum : 2 capsicum
- onion - 1 medium size
- Mustard seeds : 1/4 tsp
- cumin seeds : ½ tsp
- Hing : Pinch
- Turmeric powder : 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder : 1/2 tsp
- Salt : to taste
- dhaniya jeera powder - to taste
- oil
Method:
- heat the pan add oil in it
- once it hot enough add mustard seeds in it once they crackle add jeera, hing and turmeric powder
- cook for 30 sec and add chopped onion and capsicum in it
- cook them completely by covering it with lid
- stir occasionally
- once they cook completely add salt , dhaniya jeera powder and chilly powder
- mix well and cook for another 2 min
- garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti / bhakri / paratha / dal chawal / kadhi chawal / khichdi
