Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp onion chopped
- 1 tblsp chopped tomato
- 1 tblsp choped coriander leaves
- 2 green chilli chopped
- 1/3 tsp salt
- pinch of pepper powder
- 2 tsp cooking oil
- 2 brown bread
Method :
- take chopped onions and tomatoes and chili in bowl
- Add the eggs , pepper powder and salt into the bowl and whisk well to combine. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Now spread the prepared egg-veggie mix .
- Now cook undisturbed on medium-low heat for 2 minutes.
- Flip the omelette and cook for some 30 seconds.
- place 1 toasted bread in omelette and make a sandwich
- Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
- Serve hot.
