Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup green whole moong soaked overnight and boiled until tender
- 1 carrot chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1 beet boiled and chopped
- 1 tbsp coriander chopped
- Some salad leaves chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red chill powder
- 1/2 tsp lemon juice
Method:
- In a bowl mix, boiled moong ,carrot and beet, onion and tomato
- Add salt, red chilli powder, salad leaves and coriander
- Add lemon juice. Mix well.
- Your salad is ready!
