Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup moong chana sprout
- 1/2 chopped tomato
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1/2 chopped carrot
- 1/2 pomegranate
- 1 tbs raisins
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- pieces Some walnut
- Few chopped coriander chopped
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp sugar or jaggery powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp olive oil
Method:
- Moong chana sprout boil lightly
- Take a bowl add veggies
- Now add pomegranate, sesame seeds
- Add raisins walnut mix
- Now take a bowl add vinegar salt pepper powder sugar oilv oil mix and dropping veggies and mix well
- Now transfer into serving bowl garnish mint leaves and lemon slice
- Enjoy this healthy fiber salad
