Ingredients :
- besan - 1 cup
- suji - ½ cup
- curd.- ½ cup
- grated carrot (gajar), grated lauki , chopped onion - 1 cup (mix)
- red chili powder - 2 tsp
- ajwian - 1 tsp
- salt to taste
- sugar - 1 tsp
- jeera - 1 tsp
- hing - pinch
- chopped coriander leaves - 1 tblsp
Method :
- mix besan and suji in a mixing bowl
- add curd in atta and water
- mix well and keep it aside 30 minutes
- Mix all the dry ingredients and veggies in a mixing bowl add enough water and make a smooth batter
- heat the pan and spread 1 tsp oil on hot pan
- spread chila batter and cook from both the side till become golden brown from both side
- serve hot with chutney
