Ingredients :
- raw banana slices
- red chilli powder
- hing
- haldi
- salt
- pepper powder
- oil
- sooji
- finely chopped onion - 1 tablespoon
- finely chopped tomato -1 tablespoon
- finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 teaspoon
- mint chutney - 1 teaspoon 'tamarind chutney -1 teaspoon
- pomegranate -1 tablespoon
- Chaat masala - to taste
Method :
- peel raw banana and make slices
- sprinkle red chilli powder , hing , haldi , salt , pepper powder on banana slices .. mix well
- keep it aside for 10 -15 minutes
- now coat the slices with rava
- heat the pan add some oil and place the slices on it
- shallow fry from both the side it it cooks completely and become crunchy and golden brown
- place the pieces in serving plate
- add finely chopped onion and tomato on it
- add both chutneys on it
- sprinkle pomegranate on it
- garnish it with coriander leaves and chaat masala
- serve hot
