Ingredients:
- 4-6 fresh ripe apricots use 4 if apricots are big, or 6 smaller ones
- 1 cup milk
- 1-2 tablespoons raw honey
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
Method:
- Remove the pits from the apricots and add to a blender together with milk, and honey. Blend until smooth. While the blender is running, add the melted coconut oil in a steady stream, this way you’ll avoid it clumping in your milkshake
