Ingredients:
- 1 apple chopped
- ½ cup curd
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- pinch of nutmeg powder
- 1 spoon honey
Method:
- In a blender, add 1 chopped apple, 1/2 cup Curd, honey, pinch of nutmeg powder.
- Blend to a smooth consistency.
- Add 1 tsp chia seeds.
- Transfer to a glass.
- Give it a Twist by adding 1 spoon flax seeds.
- Serve chilled.
