Ingredients:
- 1/2 tspoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 tspoon cumin seeds
- 1 tabspoon oil
- Pinch assofodeta
- leaves Some curry
- 1-2 chhoped tomatoes
- 1 tabspoon goda masala
- 1 tabspoon red chilli powder
- 2 tabspoon grated fresh coconut
- 2 cup cooked arhar /turi dal
- as needed Water
- 3-4 kokum petals
- Little piece jaggery
- as per taste Salt
- leaves Chhoped green coriander
Method:
- Heat up oil in a pan add mustard seeds cumin seeds when they splutter add asafoetida add curry leaves add chopped tomatoes saute for 2 min.
- Now add goda masala red chilli powder grated fresh coconut and fry for 2 mins.
- add cooked dal add water add kokum petals /tamarind
- add jaggery add salt boil for 5-7 min.
- Your easy delicious amti ready to serve.
