Ingredients:
FOR CUTLET
- 2 Potato
- 1 tblsp oats / makhana powder / sooji
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 1 tsp Garlic and Green chilli paste
- 2 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Chilli powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 2 tbsp Coriander Leaves
- salt to taste
OTHER INGREDIENTS
- Bread slices
- tblsp mint chutney
- sliced onion
- sliced tomato
Method:
- pressure cook aloo upto 3 whistles
- cool them down and remove skin
- mash them and take that in mixing bowl
- add all spices , salt and oats / makhana powder
- mix well and make cutlet out of it
- coat them with sooji and
- shallow fry them or air fry them till it become golden brown
- take 4 bread slices apply mint chutney on it
- place 1 -1 cutlet on 2 bread slices
- place sliced onion and tomato on both cutlet
- cover it with mint chutney applied slices
- heat the pan apply ghee and toast the sandwich from both the side till become golden brown
