Ingredients:
- 3 medium size / 6-8 small baby potato - boiled peeled
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- ¼th tsp ajwain
- 1 red chili
- ½ tsp jeera
- 1/4 teaspoon Asafoetida (hing)
- Salt , to taste
- chopped coriander leaves
- lemon juice - ½ tsp
Method:
- pressure cook / boil the aloo and peel then
- cut them if medium size or give slits if small
- heat the pan add oil and heat it
- add jeera in it once it crackle add ajwain , hing and red chilli
- add aloo and salt
- mix well
- give 1 steam by covering it with lid
- remove the lid and keep it on medium flame for 2 min and make it golden brown
- add chopped coriander leaves and lemon juice
- mix well and serve hot
