Ingredients:
- 2 amla
- ½ apple
- 1 beetroot
- 1 carrot
- pinch of chaat masala
- ½ inch ginger
- 4-5 mint leaves
- salt to taste
Method:
- in a mixer grinder add chopped amla , peeled copped apple , peeled chopped beet and carrot
- add small inch ginger in it
- grind into smooth paste
- add water while grinding as per required
- strain the juice in a container
- add pinch of chaat masala , salt and mint leaves in it
- mix well
- serve chilled
